My favorite book cover of all time:
Forever: A Novel by Pete Hamill
The story was interesting enough (it's the "inspiration*" behind FOX's cancelled [quelle surprise] show New Amsterdam), but it was the cover more than the jacket synopsis that compelled me to buy this book.
